CITICFinancial Center creates two iconic, structurally expressive towers thatincorporate the world’s mostadvanced engineering approaches to design.

中信金融中心打造两个标志性,结构性塔楼,它包括使用世界上最先进的工程方法来设计。

The multiphase project is located in theShenzhen Bay Super Headquarter district with unparalleled access to waterfrontparks and rapid transit. The design of the Center aspires to form a nexus ofpublic activity by developing new civic, social, and recreational connections.Weaving together a complex mixed-use program, the Financial Center includes a300-meter tower with luxury condominiums and offices, a 200-meter tower withservice apartments and a hotel, and a podium with hotel amenities and retail.Conceived as an extension of the adjacent park, the podium connects indoor andoutdoor spaces to create a vibrant, welcoming hub.


这个多阶段项目位于深圳湾超级总部基地,无与伦比的接近滨海公园和快速路。这个设计旨在通过发展新的市民,社会和娱乐的联系形成公共活动的纽带。项目综合了复杂混合的功能,金融中心包括一座300m包含豪华公寓和办公功能的塔楼,一座200米包含服务公寓和酒店功能的塔楼,和裙房酒店服务设施及裙房商业。将裙房设想为邻里公园的延伸,连接户内外空间从而创造一个充满活力和受欢迎的中心。

Sustainability is a key driver in the design ofthe Center. Daylight-responsive lighting control, heat recovery, and passivesolar ventilation help reduce energy consumption. Condensation collectorsharvest water for redistribution to reduce potable water consumption.High-performance glazing, active phytoremediation, and optimized HVACstrategies increase user comfort while providing a healthy interiorenvironment.

可持续发展是这个金融中心设计的关键驱动。日光响应式控制,热回收,和被动式太阳能通风帮助减少能量消耗。冷凝水收集器收集雨水重新分配减少饮用水的消耗。高性能玻璃,主动植物修复和优化空调系统策略能增加使用者的舒适性,同时提供一个健康的室内环境。

The towers’ unique load-responsive structure advances SOM’s research into the potential of optimal exoskeleton truss geometriesto achieve radical material efficiencies. The brace geometry of each frameresponds to the different structural loads on tall buildings—severe winds at the top and pressure at the bottom—by morphing from bottom to top, creating angle variation over theheight of the building. This integrated design solution ensures that theoverall structure maximizes stiffness while using the least amount of materialfor the overall structure.


塔楼独特的荷载系统——响应结构的发展,SOM 通过研究潜在最佳外骨骼桁架几何形态从而获得基础材料的效能。在高塔设计中,每个框架的几何支撑形态响应不同的结构荷载(顶部的大风荷载底部的重力荷载)——通过从底部到顶部的变形,创造一个建筑高度上角度变异的形态。这个整体设计解决方案确保了整体结构的最大刚性,同时在整体结构上使用最少的材料。

The project also implements for the first time astructural concept that was invented and patented by SOM—ductile steel links contained withinthe frames that yield during extreme seismic conditions. This careful marriageof stiffness and flexibility in the design makes for an ideal structural systemto handle extreme winds and seismic activity.


这个项目也是第一个实施这个结构概念的项目,它被SOM发明同时申请了专利——-框架内所含的韧性钢链节在极端地震条件下会屈服。刚性和柔性的结合使之成为一种理想的结构系统,应对极限风环境和地震状况。
