HENN wins competition for Continental AG headquarters in Hanover, DE

After succesfully winning the previous architecture competition against a various number of renowned offices, HENN finally prevailed in the competition revision against KSP Jürgen Engel Architekten and gmp Gerkan, Marg und Partner and will start the planning phase for the new building of Continental AG's headquarters in Hanover, Germany.

The area east of the city centre is divided into a northern and southern site occupied by solitaire buildings bound together by a so called "loop" creating a campus like urban situation –even across wide traffic arteries.

This not only centralizes the uses previously scattered over the city in one place, but also translates a corporate identity defined by the leading role as a developer of intelligent technologies for human mobility – into an urban and architectural design.
