深圳华侨城蛇口渔人码头 | GMP

蛇口曾是中国第一个外向型经济开发区，是深圳发展的核心，渔人码头正是城市历史与现代相互交融的见证，渔港的传统仍保留至今。在原蛇口渔人码头所在的半岛之上将由gmp建筑师事务所设计建造一座办公、居住和商业综合性社区建筑群。建筑基底并不覆盖整个地块，而是进行架空，地块底层及二层被归还公众，完全与绿地空间相融合。

In the Shekou District in Shenzhen a new quarter is being created from an old fishing harbor. The project is the last component in a comprehensive redesign and expansion of the district situated in the southeast and is part of waterfront park. The guideline for the new complex specified an almost structure-free continuation of the public green space on the first and second floors and a diversion of vehicle traffic underground.

方案以自然景观和人工造物相结合理念取胜：一个多层的裙楼松散的围合成立方体，如聚集的村落，其内设有不同的商业功能。行人沿海湾休闲带进入地块，一座如同峡谷般的景观步道呈对角线穿过地块，形成一道景观通廊。景观走廊也是连接东部渔人港和西部海上世界的主要行人流线，通过连桥连接。这一连桥设计成景色多变的景观露台，与周围城市肌理和海岸景色融为一体。

The gmp design interweaves architecture and parkland to create a urban landscape: a multistory plinth unites loosely arranged, modular cubes that can be used for multiple purposes. A canyon cuts through the podium diagonally and serves as a central passageway. The interplay between cubes, canyon, and layered levels generates an attractive, shady urban space with staged vistas and views. On the podium, a compact hotel and office tower as well as two slender residential towers continue the composition in a vertical direction.
