中国能源集团中广核工程有限公司将在深圳龙岗区建设一栋可容纳4000名员工的总部大厦。建设基地位于宝龙工业园区内，周边街道将其切割为规整的矩形街块，其上坐落三栋通过基座相连的高层建筑，中心部分为绿色庭院。庭院内布置棕榈树和竹林，分布在两层之上的绿化景观构成整个设计的空间核心并营造出独特的氛围，同时道路设置将地块与公共空间紧密相连。

The new company headquarters is divided into three towers with a shared podium and provides workstations for over 4,000 employees. The design for the site, which is one block in the strictly orthogonal road grid in the Baolong Industrial Park, provides three high-rise buildings and a plinth-type podium which has been arranged around a central garden. This garden landscape, which features palm trees and bamboo plants, and extends over two levels, is the spatial and atmospheric core of the design, and – with its footpaths crossing the development – is open to the public.

三栋塔楼高度不一，组织形式保证建筑内所有办公空间都拥有不受遮挡的开放视野，同时赋予建筑群令人难忘的轮廓，刻画城市独一无二的天际线。建筑承重结构以及通风窗扇强调了立面竖向分割肌理，可开启窗扇保证了自然通风。水平方向视觉表达上两层为一个单位，构成一个整体尺度得体的结构形式，极富雕塑感，令人过目难忘。独具匠心的设计还在于所在高度不同、跨越四层之上的“空中花园”。这一设计将高层建筑所必需的设备技术夹层空间变成引人入胜的休憩社交活动空间。

The three high-rise buildings are different in height and have been positioned on the site in a way that allows open views from all work places while also creating a distinct and unique skyline when seen from a distance. The facades are determined by the pattern of the loadbearing components and visually combine the floors into sets of two. The lavishly planted, fourstory sky gardens on different levels create special zones for recreation and meeting/communication within the structural ensemble.
