城市与建筑是相互共生的，城市会塑造建筑，但建筑亦可塑造城市。开始深城投湾流大厦设计之前，我们是首先考虑佢所处的环境。对于这个项目而言，位于一个核心商务区，四周高楼林立，城市空间较紧凑。在这密集的城市环境之中，地块东南角是具有望向深圳湾的开阔景观资源。

因此，在塔楼东南角上，我们创造多层互扣的景观平台，一方面模糊建筑边界，将有利的景观资源渗透到建筑使用空间之中，提升办公空间品质，与此同时，多层次的空中景观平台除了令塔楼具有标志性外，亦为地面广场提供丰富且尺度适宜的建筑背景，创造识别性高的城市空间，同时与周边建筑和谐共处。

在使用上，根据地块南北偏长的形状，塔楼采用偏心筒的设计，尽量拉长南面进深，压缩东西进深，舒缓与周边高楼紧贴的关系。同时，不同楼层设置的空中平台或通高办公特色空间与立面肌理结合，提供多种立面细节处理的条件，提升自身特色及精致度。

整体来说，我们期望把深城投湾流大厦塑造成为多层次办公空间与景观空间组合有序的新时代办公楼，为使用人群及周边带来尺度宜人的体验，亦都提升城市空间品质。
