建筑设计概念为“万聚引力”， 以场地正中的“聚核”为企业的公共客厅，昭示企业文化，集散各类人流，是整个项目的活力之核。其余的办公楼栋则以此为核心，向四周放射状布局以获得最大的沿河景观面，整体布局疏密相间，聚放有道。

The design drew inspiration from ‘Joyy Gravity’, creating a vibrant public realm in the middle as a corporate core to assemble the visitors. The office towers are scattered equally to obtain the optimised lake view.

建筑立面采用了3M深的出檐配合4.5M面宽的玻璃幕墙，在有效遮阳的前提下极大提升了内部空间品质。建筑气质简约开放，灵动有序，是科技公司总部的典范之作。

The façade has adopted 4.5m wide glass panel that complemented with a 3m deep canopy, reducing the heat gain and allowing sunlight to penetrate into the interiors. The neat and elegant architectural language represents a pioneering corporate image.
