深圳锦绣科学园三期工程 | GMP

深圳锦绣科学园的第三期工程，也是最后一期工程于 2023 年 12 月收官。项目位于深圳北创新中心龙华新区科技文化服务中心，同时提供商业空间。一期和二期工程分别于2015年和2017年落成，均为花园式多层办公园区。

The third and final part of the GS Park was completed in December 2023. The project is located in the Longhua New Distict in the north of Shenzhen. It serves as a research center, but also offers space for consumer culture with commercial premises. Projects I and II were completed between 2015 and 2017 and combine office space with expansive outdoor and park areas.

三期工程的建筑群位于一个 L 型地块上，总建筑面积约 244000 平方米，由四栋高层研发办公及连接一体的裙房组成。三期建筑群毗邻项目的一期和二期工程，设计充分利用场地地形特点，在不同层面形成通往建筑以及下沉庭院的入口。建筑体量在竖直方向上开辟了公共空间。塔楼享有带宽敞露台的两层通高空中大堂，建筑首层后退形成连贯的柱廊，令人联想起中国岭南建筑中的骑楼空间。采光井与下沉庭院优化了地下室的自然通风及采光条件。

Building complex III, with around 244,000 square meters gross floor area on an L-shaped plot, comprises four high-rise buildings dedicated to research purposes and an integrated podium building. Adjacent to phases I and II of the project, the design follows the natural topography of the site and uses several levels as access points to the buildings and for green spaces that extend down to lower levels. The building volume also vertically opens public spaces: the towers feature two-story lobbies with large outdoor loggias, while the first floor has been set back to form a colonnade reminiscent of the traditional "Qi-Lou" space in southern China. The basement is naturally lit and ventilated by light wells and sunken courtyards.
