斯堪的纳维亚半岛“第一高楼”——瑞典Karlatornet大厦封顶 | SOM

位于瑞典海港城市哥德堡，由SOM操刀设计的全新综合体大楼日前正式封顶。该项目是斯堪的纳维亚半岛最高的建筑——也是这个城市的林德霍尔姆区新的总体规划中最具标志性的建筑。

SOM’s striking new mixed-use building in Sweden’s Gothenburg has topped out. The project — Scandinavia’s tallest building – is designed as a defining landmark of a new mixed-use masterplan for the city’s Lindholmen district.

建成后，这座73层高的塔楼将为哥德堡居民提供600套住宅单元，包含一系列精心设计的不同户型。大楼的配套设施齐全，包括健身房和休闲空间，为住户打造一个充满活力的社区。大楼还将打造酒店、餐厅和观景台，确保当地居民和游客亦能够尽情欣赏到城市及周边的壮丽景色。

Upon its completion, the 73-story tower will provide 600 new homes through a mix of apartment types designed for the city’s residents. Amenities – including a gym and residents’ lounge — will help to create a vibrant community within the building. The building will also provide locals and visitors with a hotel, restaurant and observation deck with spectacular views of the city and beyond.

Karlatornet的设计风格优雅独特，和哥德堡传统的低密度建筑形态不同，它为这个城市提供了一种可持续性高层住宅的新模式。

Conceived as an elegant and striking form, Karlatornet marks a shift from Gothenburg’s traditional, low-density patterns of development to provide a new model of sustainable high-rise living.

The tower responds to the context of the city’s archipelago and the historic Hamnkanalen through its external palette of matte, earthy-colored materials and its unusual twisting form, offering views over the waterfront or the city from the inside.
