恒明珠国际金融中心，深圳 | WoWA

深圳HMZ金融中心位于深圳前海新区的东北侧，为深圳国际机场及深圳市到前海新区的门户位置，具有启幕前海，联袂深圳的昭示性，目前基地周边已有许多金融机构及银行密集的设置，俨然具有区域金融中心的角色，随着大前海经济圈的建设与成熟，基地周边对于国际高端的商务及金融需求更会加速增长。

Shenzhen Pearl International Finance Centre is located at the north east side of Shen Zhen Qian Hai Business district, as the gateway from the international airport. There are already many banks and financial institutions located around the site, and the importance of this area as a financial center will grow with the development of Qian Hai Business district.

设计概念为一朵含苞待放的玉兰花，将绽放于企业铮铮向荣的未来。塔楼的高度为230米，建筑面积约为10万方，为国际甲级写字楼，酒店及配套商业。建筑立面设计柔和温婉，优雅挺拔，建筑基地北侧设置了下沉广场，除了为地下商业提供自然采光之外，也为整个项目创造了一个舒适宜人的开放空间，适合商务人士洽商使用。裙楼的屋顶绿化将辅助项目减少城市的热岛效应，并作为更加高端的商务开放空间使用。

The project is designed as a flower bud which will represent the client’s business blossom in the near future. The tower is 230m in height with GFA of 100,000 sqm, and the program has class A office, hotel and retail. Building elevation is designed elegantly and harmonized with the surrounding as a landmark. A sunken plaza is designed at the north side of the site to bring in natural light for the B1 retail and create a relaxing open space for the public. Podium roof will have a garden to reduce the heat island effect, and will be used as a more intimate open space for business users.
