Giving form to the optimism and spirit of Wuhan, the soaring three towers of Wuhan Tiandi’s Riverview Plaza were inspired by sampans — small, flat-bottomed boats that once crowded along the nearby Yangtze River. The three towers are arranged in a line parallel to the Yangtze, the curving facades evoking sails about to cruise upriver. The overall design celebrates Wuhan’s freshwater and commercial heritage and its emergence as a political, economic, cultural, and transportation center. Pelli Clarke & Partners designed the three office buildings (Towers 1, 2, 3) and the retail podium (Horizon).

武汉天地江景广场的三座高耸入云的塔楼体现了武汉的乐观精神，其设计灵感来自舢板——一种曾经长江繁忙的小型平底船。三座塔楼与长江平行排列，弯曲的立面让人联想到即将逆流而上的风帆。整体设计彰显了武汉的淡水和商业遗产，以及它作为政治、经济、文化和交通中心的崛起。佩里克拉克建筑事务所设计了三座办公楼（1号、2号、3号塔楼）和零售裙楼（Horizon）。

The towers of Riverview Plaza have quickly become one of the city’s main attractions and economic drivers. Soaring at 376 meters tall, 1 Corporate Avenue is the tallest in the Hubei Province of Wuhan. The tower's exterior wall draws inspiration from traditional Chinese architectural elements such as ornate window patterns and Western Mondrian compositions, resulting in a distinctive and contextual architectural facade.

江景广场的塔楼迅速成为该市的主要景点和经济驱动力之一。企业天地1号高376米，是湖北省武汉市最高的建筑。大楼外墙的设计灵感源自中国传统建筑元素，如华丽的窗饰和西方的蒙德里安构图，从而形成了一个独特且具有情境感的建筑立面。

The 4-story retail podium, Horizon, consists of an outdoor garden, cafes and restaurants, and a children’s playground for the public to enjoy views of the urban green belt known as BinJiang Park. The entire area of the rooftop is covered by shade canopies, trellises, and trees to extend outdoor enjoyment while being sheltered from heat and rain. The extensive greenery throughout the podium enhances Wuhan Tiandi’s urban character, adding to a vibrant public realm.

四层高的零售裙楼 Horizon 设有室外花园、咖啡馆和餐厅以及儿童游乐场，公众可以在此欣赏滨江公园这一城市绿化带的美景。整个屋顶区域都覆盖着遮阳篷、棚架和树木，既能延长户外娱乐时间，又能避免炎热和雨水。裙楼各处的大片绿化增强了武汉天地的城市特色，为公共空间增添了活力。

Riverview Plaza achieved China’s first “Very Good” BREEAM sustainability rating, employing strategies such as daylight sensors, extensive passive solar sunshades, greywater recycling, low-flow water fixtures, and a comprehensive waste management plan. Using state-of-the-art energy simulation, the building is predicted to achieve a 17.5 percent carbon reduction and has obtained a carbon neutral certificate from the Chinese government. 1 Corporate Avenue also achieved WELL Gold, as well as participating in the China Green Power Plan to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

江景广场获得了中国首个“Very Good”的 BREEAM 可持续性评级，采用了日光传感器、大面积被动式太阳能遮阳板、灰水回收、低流量水装置和全面的废物管理计划等策略。使用最先进的能源模拟，该建筑预计将实现 17.5% 的碳减排，并已获得中国政府颁发的碳中和证书。企业天地 1 号还获得了 WELL 金牌认证，并参与了中国绿色电力计划，以减少温室气体排放。
