新皇岗口岸综合业务楼，深圳（建设中） | Aedas

深圳是中国面向世界的重要门户，也是粤港澳大湾区的核心引擎。深圳与香港相望相守，两座城市之间通过口岸枢纽互通互联。新皇岗口岸建设工程，是拉动深港融合和创新的“湾区基石”。作为新皇岗口岸非现场的业务运营所在地，综合业务大楼高247米，它将成为深港科创片区的重要公共设施。

Acting as the southern gateway to China and important node of GBA, Shenzhen is a modern metropolis located immediately north of Hong Kong, bearing significance in steering the economic growth of both cities and creating a transportation hub that connects the communities. Standing at 247m tall, the Huanggang Port Headquarters is set to be the new landmark for the Shenzhen Technology and Innovation Park and Shenzhen-Hong Kong Cooperation Zone.

项目以“高品质、定制化、可持续”为设计原则，致力打造以人为本、空间复合的新型业务大楼。建筑平面由四个圆弧组成，圆润、动感的体型矗立在既有的城市肌理当中，与口岸联检楼整体形成“天圆地方”的和谐布局，创造了与周边建筑友好的界面，同时使业务大楼本身四向的景观视野达到最大化。

The project places an emphasis on ‘high quality’, ‘customisation’ and ‘sustainability’, creating a humane and integrated public building. The plane design follows a rigorous and symmetrical geometric form. Through the superposition of four circles, the façade has adopted round corners formed by four arcs, the building space is made regular and efficient, optimising the landscape view and creating a vibrant architectural form to greet the city.

受场地周边河套景观启发，概念取义“流水叠石”，设计采用流畅、明快的竖向线条表现气势恢宏的落水美景。塔楼外立面铝制金属背板及遮阳构件，纵向闪耀的银色材质，营造出疏密有致、轻盈优雅的建筑形象，伫立在繁华喧嚣的皇岗片区，俯瞰一河两岸。

Drawing inspiration from the surrounding landscape and reflecting the regional characteristics, the design is based on the imagery of stacking stones and rivers. A simple fluid architectural form is adopted which signifies flowing water, while the cantilevered canopy at the tower's entrance signifies the splashes. It has adopted a ripple-like cascading form, echoing the overall shape of the tower. The vertical lines of the façade pour from the crown to the lobby, unifying the architectural language from top to bottom.

幕墙采用了大跨度玻璃单元板块，使业务大楼使用者的景观视野达到最大化。项目深化设计过程当中，精心选用三银low-e玻璃膜系，使得建筑整体达到极高的节能标准。塔楼单元式幕墙采用较低反射度玻璃基片，充分考虑了对周边湿地鸟类友好的技术措施，尊重了场地周边环境，实现了绿色建筑的设计目标。

The elegant aluminum panels, with their sleek and sophisticated design, serve a primary purpose as the vertical trellis on the façade. These panels, with their mesmerising silver hue, create a striking visual spectacle, resembling a resolute skeleton that emerges from the ground and stands steadfastly in the vibrant Huanggang area. The choice of warm grey metal panels further enhances the façade's allure, complementing the surrounding environment with a touch of understated elegance. To ensure optimal functionality, the façade incorporates materials such as low iron and Low-E external laminated glass, which not only provide exceptional clarity but also contribute to energy efficiency. Additionally, the use of ultra-high-performance concrete adds a luminous and radiant quality to the building, resulting in a column skin that exudes brilliance and sophistication.
