唯品会创意中心（竞赛一等奖），广州 | gmp

四年前，互联网企业唯品会的总部由 gmp 设计，在广州落成。如今，唯品会创意中心正在建设中，将成为集办公、工作坊、商店、展览空间和餐饮于一体的时尚产业创意中心。建筑以十层高的中庭为核心，中庭各楼层前后交错，访客可以通过橱窗和展示区体验创意过程及成果。一座140米高的公寓塔楼矗立在裙楼之上，塔楼的修长设计使住户可以直接欣赏到临近的珠江景色。塔楼平面轻微的折角设计不仅让短边的公寓也能欣赏到河景，还使塔楼与裙楼的生动曲线融为一体。

The headquarters of the Internet company vipshop in the Chinese port city was already completed four years ago according to plans by gmp. The vip Creative Center is intended to serve as a creative center for the fashion industry with a mixture of offices, workshops, stores, exhibition areas, and restaurants. The building’s centerpiece is a ten-story atrium in which the floors project and recede, making the processes and results of the creative work come alive via display cases and presentation areas. A 140-meter residential tower rises above the plinth area, its elongated orientation providing inhabitants with a view of the Pearl River located directly in front of the site. The slight bend in the tower’s floor plan also makes it possible to enjoy a view of the river from apartments on the shorter sides and incorporates the tower into the vibrant and sweeping shape of the podium.
