Located on the eastern end of Taipingqiao Park, the CPIC Xintiandi Commercial Center integrates a dynamic mix of commercial office space, retail, preserved historic buildings, public parks and cultural facilities that take commercial development to a new level of connectivity in Shanghai.


太平洋新天地商业中心位于太平桥公园东端,集商业办公空间、零售、历史建筑保护、公园和文化设施于一体,将上海的商业发展提升到了新的连通水平。


Integrating both high-rise towers and pedestrian-focused retail in a unified development, the CPIC Xintiandi Commercial Center extends the fabric of its historic neighborhood, drawing on its unique character as inspiration for the development’s human-scale design and rich material expression.


太平洋新天地商业中心将高层塔楼和以步行为中心的零售整合在一个统一的开发项目中,延伸了其历史街区的肌理,并以其独特的性格为开发项目的人性化设计和丰富的材料表达提供了灵感。

At its heart is a network of covered retail streets, evoking the memory of the Dong Tai Lu ‘Antique Street’ that previously occupied the site. A series of 3- and 4-story retail buildings line the street and are connected by elevated walkways and link to public transportation below grade. The 250m tall Signature Tower at the western edge of the project is the most notable on the skyline and is curvilinear in plan and tapered in section to coexist gracefully with the adjacent park. Its façade integrates staggered pairs of two-story-tall white metal fins, configured as arches reminiscent of the Shikumen Arch of historic Shanghai. At the northern end of the site, a pair of terraced 100m tall office buildings flank a new park.


它的核心是一个有顶的零售街道网络,唤起了人们对以前占据该场地的东台路“古董街”的记忆。一系列 3 层和 4 层的零售建筑排列在街道两旁,通过高架人行道连接,并连接地下公共交通。位于项目西侧边缘的 250m 高的标志塔是天际线上最引人注目的,其平面呈曲线形,剖面呈锥形,与邻近的公园优雅地共存。它的外立面集成了交错的两层楼高的白色金属翅片,配置为拱门,让人想起历史悠久的上海石库门。在场地的北端,两座 100m 高的梯田办公楼位于一个新公园的两侧。


All three office buildings provide shared community spaces, while the two lower towers offer exterior terraces. All towers incorporate natural ventilation for passive cooling at certain times of the year. The Signature Tower is designed to achieve LEED Platinum, and the remainder target LEED Gold.


所有三座办公楼均提供共享社区空间,而两座较低的塔楼则提供外部露台。所有塔都采用自然通风,以便在一年中的某些时间进行被动冷却。 Signature Tower 的设计目标是获得 LEED 白金级认证,其余塔楼的目标是获得 LEED 金级认证。
