统一的设计   Unified Design

作为台州市的新门户，该项目在满足人体尺度要求的同时，也为现代办公空间树立了新的标准。

A new gateway to Taizhou, creating a new standard for the modern workplace while accommodating a human-scale.

台州市位于浙江省东南部，北邻长江三角洲地区，是一座拥有5,000多年悠久历史的新兴沿海城市。包含六座塔楼的该设计方案将在台州市新总体规划中待开发的最后一个地块上兴建，在为这座城市提供新门户的同时，也对城市规划的总体原则予以了响应、遵守和执行。

Taizhou, located in southeastern Zhejiang, to the south of the Yangze river delta, is an emerging city along the coast with a rich history of over 5,000 years. Situated on the last plot to be developed in Taizhou’s new master plan, the six tower design proposal has provided a new gateway to the city while responding, respecting and reacting to the underlying masterplanning principles of the city plan.

矗立在23,800平方米场地上的该项目将营造一个毗邻公园的符合人体尺度且充满活力的公共领域，与此同时也为现代办公空间树立了新的标准。这种统一的设计使建筑与景观融为一体，模糊了内外界线。

Situated on a 23,800 sqm site, the design creates a new standard for the modern workplace while simultaneously accommodating a human-scale, vibrant parkside public realm. This unified design integrates architecture and landscape, blurring the line between inside and out.

巧妙的楼面板布置实现了各塔楼之间最大程度的分离，同时也创造出富有气势的建筑布局。四座中央办公楼拥有位于公园附近的位置优势，这提升了它们的价值。两座最高的办公楼独立于整个建筑布局的其他部分，使其建筑体量落地生根，形成了标志性的一对塔楼。

The clever floor plate arrangement provides maximum separation between the towers while also creating a powerful building composition. The four central office towers have a strong parkside address, heightening their value. The two tallest office towers detach themselves from the rest of the building composition in order for the massing to come all the way to the ground, creating an iconic pair of towers.
