Duchess Residences

This project sits on a very quiet plot, nestled away in a wooded area of Singapore. The design responds sensitively to the natural setting of the site, creating an exclusive ‘sanctuary’ for its residents.

The key design objective is to create an open, airy and lightfilled home environment, surrounded by nature. Skilful space planning ensures a sense of spaciousness and openness for each individual unit, with generous balconies,terraces and private gardens enabling the seamless integration of indoor and outdoor living spaces
